About Scholars' Publications

Scholars’ Publications represents a collaboration between Scholar's Showcase magazine and the Scholars' Life online blog, both of which serve to educate others about student interests, experiences and travels, by showcasing exceptional talents and abilities within the Scholars' programs.

With this online and print partnership, students can exhibit the significant and unique impact the Scholars' programs have had on their university experience through a cohesive platform.

The Publications Experience

Scholars’ Publications members are recruited from various faculties across the university and are active participants in the Western Scholars or Scholar’s Electives programs.

Students engaged in Scholars' Publications:

Showcase artwork, photography, videography, and writing on both online and print platforms
Utilize this outlet for creativity and artistic talent
Connect with like-minded peers who share a passion for storytelling and the creative arts

Students engaged in this professional development:

Support the recruitment and outreach of prospective Scholars students
Develop skills in writing, editing, layout design, and videography
